Commission Terms of Service
Payment & Pricing• All prices are listed in PHP (Philippine Peso).
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Ko-fi, and Artistree.
• I require a 50% upfront payment before starting the commission, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
• Payment plans may be considered only for trusted clients with a proven history of fulfilling payments on time.
• A more complex character design does not increase the base price. Additional charges apply only for:
- Complex backgrounds
- Multiple charactersRefund Policy
• Refunds may be issued if I am unable to continue or satisfy the commission requirements of the commissioner.
• Refund amounts are partial and proportional to the amount of work already completed.
• Once significant progress has been made, full refunds are not guaranteed.Content Guidelines
• I do not accept NSFW commissions.
• I do accept gore.
• I am not confident in drawing anthro or mecha characters; however, I am open to commissions that focus on background artwork, which is one of my strengths.
• I am not comfortable depicting offensive or sensitive topics without proper context and reserve the right to decline any request at my discretion.Usage & Rights
• Clients may use the commissioned artwork freely for personal or commercial purposes with proper credit given to me as the artist.
• Commercial use must be disclosed upfront. Failure to do so will result in the client being blacklisted.
• Selling prints, creating merchandise, and using the artwork on social media or profiles is permitted.
• Altering my artwork is only allowed with my explicit permission.
• My artwork may not be used for:
• AI training
• NFTs
• Cryptocurrency projects or related scamsTurnaround Time & Communication
• The typical turnaround time is up to one (1) week.
• If delays occur, I will inform the client promptly.
• I provide regular progress updates, and clients are welcome to ask for updates as needed.
• I kindly ask that update requests not be made daily.
